🚚 Orders and delivery
When will I receive my order?
In France, allow 2 to 5 working days from your order for an in-stock piece, and 5 to 7 working days for a personalised or made-to-order piece. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, to mainland France on orders of €90 or more. It applies automatically, no code needed. Under €90, shipping within France costs €5.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For an in-stock piece, allow 3 to 7 working days to Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, 3 to 8 days to the United Kingdom and 3 to 11 days to the rest of Europe; add 3 days for a made-to-order piece. Shipping costs €10 within Europe and €10 to €15 elsewhere. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties may be charged on arrival; these are payable by you. Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is fully secure.
🔁 Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. Email us at contact@denadaparis.com with your order number. Ring returns are free from within the European Union: we'll email you a prepaid label. For all other items, return shipping costs are payable by you. Everything is explained on our Shipping & Returns page.
Are there items that can't be returned?
Yes. Personalised jewellery (letters, names, compositions made for you) can't be returned, as it is created to your request. The same applies to earrings whose hygiene seal has been removed.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
Yes, subject to availability. Email us and we'll arrange the exchange. Ring exchanges are free within the European Union.
My piece is faulty. What should I do?
Send us a photo at contact@denadaparis.com. All our jewellery is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee: we'll repair it, replace it or refund you, and return shipping is on us.
🌟 Personalisation
How do I personalise my piece?
On the product page, choose the chain, length, letters and colours. Double-check the spelling before confirming: a personalised piece can't be changed once it's being made.
Can I buy charms without a chain?
Yes. Charms come with a jump ring so you can hang them on your necklaces, bracelets, earrings or bag.
How many charms can I put on one piece?
As many as you like. The sky is the limit ✨
💍 Our jewellery
What is your jewellery made of?
It depends on the piece: 18-carat gold-plated 925 silver (our rings), stainless steel, enamel, resin or beads. The material of each piece is listed on its product page.
Is my jewellery water-resistant?
To keep it shining for longer, take it off before showering, swimming and sport, and avoid contact with perfume and creams. To clean it, rub gently with a soft cloth. Care advice for each piece is on its product page.
How do I find my size?
For rings (sizes 44 to 58), follow our size guide. Bracelets come in XS (13 cm) to XL (23 cm), and necklaces in XS (35 cm) to L (60 cm). Between two sizes? Go one size up.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, from €35 to €120. They're sent by email and valid for 1 year.
