DELIVERY

Since all our jewelry is customizable, order preparation time can vary between 7 and 10 BUSINESS days minimum.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days by La Poste (the French postal service). You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment of your order, along with a La Poste tracking number.

We deliver worldwide with tracked delivery (allow a minimum of 10 to 15 working days depending on your delivery country).

Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

Items purchased from De Nada must be returned in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, unstained, and free from any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the shipment in order to receive a refund.

Once we have received your return, inspected the items and confirmed that they have not been worn or damaged, we will begin the refund process.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as this procedure is completed and the refund is issued, provided that the aforementioned conditions are met.

You can return the package using any service, but we recommend using a tracked service. You have 14 days to return the order from the date of your refund request.

Please note that Des Filles comme Des Fleurs is not obligated to cover shipping costs for returns.
