Made-to-order jewellery: personalised jewellery (letters, names, charm compositions) and pieces assembled by hand to order, marked "Made to order" on the product page.

Pre-orders: shipped on the date shown on the product page.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. The exact shipping cost for your address is shown before payment. Free shipping applies automatically, with no code, as soon as your basket reaches €90.

Customs duties

For deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Middle East…), import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery. These are payable by you.

A problem with your parcel?

Parcel damaged, incomplete or still not arrived? Email us at contact@denadaparis.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will find a solution quickly.

Returns: 14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us, without giving any reason.

Rings: free returns and exchanges within the European Union. We will email you a prepaid return label.

The following cannot be returned:

• personalised jewellery (letters, words, names, compositions made to your request);
• earrings and piercings whose hygiene seal has been removed.

How to return

1. Email us at contact@denadaparis.com with your order number, or send us the withdrawal form below.
2. Send the item(s) back within the following 14 days, unworn, in their original condition and, if possible, in their packaging, to: De Nada Paris, for the attention of Nada Mayard, 136 rue d'Aboukir, 75003 Paris. For a ring returned from within the European Union, use the prepaid label we email you. For all other items, return shipping costs are payable by you; we recommend a tracked service.
3. We will refund you within 14 days at most, including the original shipping costs (at the standard rate), to your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the item, or proof that it has been sent, before issuing the refund.

Prefer an exchange?

Would you like a different size or colour? Email us: we will offer you an exchange, subject to availability. For rings, exchanges are free within the European Union: we send you a prepaid return label, then your new ring at no extra cost.

A faulty item?

All our jewellery is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery, and by the legal guarantee against hidden defects. If an item is faulty, email us with photos: we will repair or replace it or, failing that, refund you, in accordance with the law. In this case, return shipping costs are paid by us.
