NADA, THE CREATOR
De Nada was born in Paris from the world and vision of its founder, Nada.
A name with a double meaning: "nada", which means "nothing" in Spanish, but also "morning dew" in Arabic, a duality that reflects the brand's identity, between minimalism, sensitivity, and renewal.
Created at the age of 25, the brand was born while Nada was still working in the financial world. Driven by a strong desire to create and build a personal project, she quickly chose to leave this path to devote herself fully to entrepreneurship and the development of De Nada.
Conceived as a customizable jewelry brand with a modern and assertive style, De Nada celebrates the freedom to create, dare, and express one's personality through unique pieces designed to last.

Delivery
Since all our jewelry is customizable, order preparation time can vary between 7 and 10 BUSINESS days minimum.
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days by La Poste (the French postal service). You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment of your order, along with a La Poste tracking number.
We deliver worldwide with tracked delivery (allow a minimum of 10 to 15 working days depending on your delivery country).
Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

Items purchased from De Nada must be returned in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, unstained, and free from any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the shipment in order to receive a refund.
Once we have received your return, inspected the items and confirmed that they have not been worn or damaged, we will begin the refund process.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as this procedure is completed and the refund is issued, provided that the aforementioned conditions are met.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
Yes, you can buy charms without buying a chain. The charms will come with an attached jump ring so you can slide them onto your necklaces, bracelets, or earrings.

Our jewelry
All our jewelry is made of stainless steel and is resistant to both fresh and salt water. (Unless otherwise instructed by us. Some of our charms are gold-plated and require more care.)
